Cleveland - LeBron James had a way to honor the NBA legend Michael Jordan. Cleveland Cavaliers star was ready to release the number 23 jersey in honor of Jordan.

Jordan is known for wearing a jersey with 23 as the Chicago Bulls won six NBA titles, see the action as Cavaliers win over the Miami Heat 111-104 yesterday. In the fight that James contributed 34 points for the Cav.

James also gave praise to his hero by saying that he would hand back the number 23 he wore it. He also hopes other NBA players do the same.

"I just think what the game Michael Jordan to be recognized. There will be no LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade in the absence of Michael Jordan first," James said as reported by Reuters.


"I feel no player should be wearing 23, I'll start this petition, and I hope every person in the NBA and sign it. Now if I do not wear No. 23, then nothing else to wear," he said.

"If you look 23, you think about Michael Jordan. You see a shot of victory, you think about Michael Jordan. You see players flying through the air, you think of Michael Jordan," said James.
